Five fun-filled days in snowy Lapland
Treat your family to the ultimate Lapland Santa trip this Christmas. Spend four nights in a beautiful part of Finnish Lapland at the Rukahovi Hotel. On this festive family adventure you will get a rare chance to meet Santa Claus at his home in the pristine snow-covered wilderness. The holiday has an exciting theme to it which will stimulate children as they join in the hunt for Santa Claus, leaving them with memories they will never forget. One of Santa’s elves will greet you when you arrive at your accommodation, and there will be small clues and surprises throughout your stay that will ultimately lead you to Santa’s cottage.
While you are in his cottage you can help Mrs Claus bake delicious cookies, sing Christmas songs around a roaring fire and even receive a present from Santa which will always remind you of the special time you had on your festive family adventure. The other days of your Lapland holiday are filled with exciting winter activities including snowmobiling, dog sledding, tobogganing and a trip to a reindeer farm.
Day 1 -
Arrive in Lapland

From the airport, transfer to your accommodation in the heart of Lapland’s unspoilt wilderness. One of Santa’s elves will be waiting at the lodge to welcome you to your festive family adventure.

Day 2 -
Husky Safari
|
Today, led by expert guides, we head off across the beautiful winter wonderland on dog sleds to go in search of Santa’s secret cabin in the wilderness. Children will love the chance to play with the friendly huskies and the excitement builds as you get closer to finding Santa Claus. On return to your cabin, you will discover that one of Santa’s elves has planted a clue to his whereabouts, so you can continue your search tomorrow.

Day 3 -
Visit the Reindeer Farm

This morning on your festive family adventure we continue the hunt for Santa as we travel by snowmobile to the reindeer farm. Adults with a driving licence can learn to drive the snowmobile themselves, while children can ride happily on the back. At the farm you will see that Santa can't be far away when you discover his large sack of Christmas presents waiting to be loaded onto his sleigh. There is time to take a woodland walk during which your guide will tell you about the interesting wildlife, but don't forget to keep your eyes open for Santa on the way! The festive family adventure continues back at the accommodation where an elf will greet you bearing chocolates and the thrilling news that Santa will be at home tomorrow.

Day 4 -
Visit Santa Claus

This morning we head over to Santa’s cottage where you can go tobogganing and build snowmen before meeting the jolly man himself. After lunch, Santa will be ready to see you. As you enter his charming cottage, you will smell the delicious cookies that Mrs Claus is baking. Settle down and sing songs with Santa before receiving a present from him. With happy memories, return to your accommodation and make the most of your final evening on the festive family adventure.

Bid farewell to beautiful snowy Lapland and return to the airport for your flight home.
